• Develop and implement purchasing Strategies, policies, and procedures.
• Source, evaluate, and select potential suppliers for materials / services.
• Negotiate pricing, contract terms, and purchasing agreements with suppliers.
• Analyze costs structures and market trends to optimize procurement costs.
• Ensure timely delivery of goods and resolve and supply chain discrepancies.
• Prepare, report and maintain accurate purchasing records and databases.

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in purchasing , procurement, or supply chain management.
• Strong negotiation and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in Chinese & English communication (both written & spoken )
• Strong leadership, high integrity and systematic thinking.
